Stipends/Benefits
AFROTC DET 940 can supplement room and board at the University of Wyoming. The subsidy is open to any cadet in good standing as long as they meet the campus-sponsored housing requirement. This stipend is provided by UW and the State of Wyoming and can range from $500 to $2000 per semester depending on the number of cadets in the program. In addition, due to the high quality of students Air Force ROTC scholarships attract, any student receiving an Air Force ROTC three- or four-year scholarship is guaranteed admission into the University of Wyoming.
