Stipends/Benefits
The University of Memphis allots eight ROTC Leadership Scholarships every semester for AFROTC. The eligibility requirements are to have demonstrated leadership ability, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and participate in 15 community service hours during the semester. Cadets are eligible to reapply for this scholarship each semester.
