Stipends/Benefits

Baylor University offers incoming Air Force ROTC High School Scholarship Program (HSSP) Type 1 recipients $10,000 for room and board during their freshmen year for a maximum of 10 recipients. All In-College Scholarship Program (ICSP)/Charles McGee Leadership Award (CMLA) Type II students receive from $5,000 to $7,500 tuition scholarships per year for a maximum of 20 recipients (exact scholarship amount may vary based on the number of ICSP/CMLA recipients and financial need).

Additionally, Baylor now guarantees a minimum scholarship award of $5,000 for Detachment 810 alumni-specific scholarships (limited to 1 recipient per scholarship). Finally, Baylor’s Merit-based Scholarships for HSSP recipients average $19,000 per year. This is an average, actual amount will vary based on the merit scholarship offered by Baylor.
