The following items will be needed to complete an application:

• Social Security Number
• Information on officer training programs (if applicable)
• Information on any arrests you may have had (if applicable)
• Password choice – you will have the ability to save your application and complete it at a later date. Be sure to remember your password.

This application is for students who will begin college in the fall of 2009. To be eligible you must be either graduating from High School in spring of 2009 or have already graduated from High School and have never been a full time college student.

NOTE: For High School seniors that are graduating in 2008 and are planning on attending college full time after graduation from High School, please contact the AFROTC Detachment at the college you plan to attend or email AFROTC1@maxwell.af.mil for more scholarship opportunities.
