High School Students

Joining Air Force ROTC is one sure way to make sure you get the most out of your college experience. You’ll learn useful life and leadership skills, and you’ll be a part of a group of people who help and challenge you to accomplish your personal best in physical fitness and academics.

Air Force ROTC is offered at more than 1,100 colleges and universities across the U.S. It prepares you to become an Air Force Officer while you earn your college degree. And as a scholarship recipient, you get help paying for school while getting a head start on a lifetime of success.

Scholarship
application process

1. Application

Submit your online application between June 1 and December 1.

2. Documentation

Upload all requested documents by January 10.

3. Interview

If you meet all qualifications, someone will contact you to schedule an interview with an Air Force Officer.

The Selection Board will evaluate your application and determine if you will be awarded a scholarship.

Once you receive an offer, you have until May 31 to officially accept.
