
International Immersion Program (IIP)
The Institute of International Education (IIE) under the National Security Education Program (NSEP) established by the Department of Defense (DoDDepartment of Defense.) awards grants to universities to establish language and cultural immersion programs. Universities that receive the grant and establish such a program individually run their programs as their own. AS100Aerospace Studies. Freshman-level course focusing on the structure and missions of Air Force organizations, officership and professionalism. (rising sophomore) and AS300Aerospace Studies. Junior-level course studying the anatomy of leadership, the need for quality and management leadership, the role of discipline in leadership situations and the variables affecting leadership. (rising senior) cadets can apply to these programs as they become available. Currently Indiana University is offering a program called ROTC Strategic Languages and Cultures Program.
