Olmsted Cultural Immersion Program (OCIP)
The Olmsted Cultural Immersion Program (OCIP) is a two-week program managed by the U.S. Air Force Academy in which Air Force ROTC cadets travel with USAFA
USAFAUnited States Air Force Academy cadets to a non-English speaking country and are exposed to foreign cultures and languages.
Cadets
CadetsMembers of the student population of AFROTC may also have the opportunity to:
- Attend foreign conferences, seminars or briefings
- Visit foreign military academies
- Work on research projects
- Participate in educational tours
Previously cadets in this program have traveled to the Balkans, Brazil, China/Japan, Ethiopia/Rwanda, Thailand and Vietnam/Cambodia.
