Civil Air Patrol
The Civil Air Patrol (cap) was started on the Monday prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor in anticipation of the United States entering World War II. Today cap conducts aerial searches for lost aircraft and their occupants, transports goods for disaster relief and orientation and training rides.
