Civil Engineer
As a civil engineer, your job is to build and maintain the buildings and utilities that make up the Air Force's infrastructure. You may specialize in areas including architectural, electrical and mechanical and environmental engineering, and your activities will include programming, budgeting, project management, drafting, surveying, planning, feasibility studies, construction management and utilities operations. Your duties may also include disposal of conventional, nuclear and chemical biological ordnance. At times you may be asked to provide on-scene advice to the commander
