Test Combat Systems Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
The Test Combat Systems Officer plans and conducts flight test programs, formulating test procedures to evaluate structural integrity, performance, handling characteristics, reliability and suitability of aircraft and systems. Test Combat Systems Officers manage research, test and evaluation projects, and also identify design and operational deficiencies, preparing technical reports and recommending design improvements.
